How long does video production take?


Timescales vary depending on the complexity of the project, but as a general guide, filming is usually completed in one day on location or in studio, and editing and post-production takes a further two to three days depending on the length and requirements of the final asset.


For straightforward projects, such as a fireside chat, we can turn around a finished video in as little as two days. For more complex productions involving multiple locations or motion graphics, one to two weeks is more typical. If you have a firm deadline - for an event, a campaign launch or a product release - let us know at the outset and we'll build the schedule around it.


What is included in your video production service?


We provide a full end-to-end video production service, meaning we manage every stage of the process from initial concept through to final delivery. This includes concept development and creative direction, scripting, pre-production planning and logistics, filming on location or in studio with an experienced crew, editing and post production, motion graphics, sound design and revisions. 
Our team uses the latest technology to produce your video, including drone capabilities to capture more innovative shots if required. You receive final assets optimised for every platform and use case, including web, LinkedIn, YouTube and internal channels.


How many rounds of revisions do I get?


We include two rounds of revisions as standard with each video production project. Additional revision rounds are available if required and can be agreed as part of your project scope. In our experience, two rounds is sufficient for the majority of projects when clear feedback is gathered from all stakeholders before each review stage - something we actively support as part of our production process.


What types of videos do you produce?


We produce a wide range of video content for B2B and technology firms, including customer case study and testimonial videos, product explainer and demo videos, event filming and highlight reels, thought leadership interviews and podcasts, brand and company profile videos, social media content, and training and onboarding videos.

In which locations can you film?


We can film on location across the UK, Ireland and internationally. For most B2B and technology clients, location filming - in your office, at a customer site or at an industry event - produces the most authentic and credible results. We handle all logistics, including crew, equipment, lighting and sound, so your team only needs to focus on the people and stories we're capturing.


Do you provide scripts and storyboards?


Yes. We offer full scriptwriting and storyboarding as part of our video production services, or can collaborate with your team. We’ll work with you to understand your objectives, audience and key messages before developing a script that balances clarity with storytelling - especially important for complex B2B and technology subjects. 
If you have existing messaging or a brief you'd like us to work from, we can incorporate that into the scripting process. For clients who prefer to develop their own scripts, we can review and refine to ensure the final content works on camera and lands with the intended audience.


How do we get started?


The first step is a short discovery call - usually 30 minutes - where we'll discuss your goals, the type of content you need, your timeline and any specific requirements around audience, approvals or confidentiality.
