Mid and West Wales Fire Service
Approach
We felt an insitu rendition of an event would be the most powerful way of showing how these devices could be used in the field. The Fire Service put on a practice event (as they often do) so that we could see how the technology could be used in practice. The result is an engaging and enlightening story showcasing how existing technology can easily modernise and transform institutions.
Brief
The Mid and West Wales Fire Service have been undergoing a digital transformation as they seek to become more efficient and ultimately save more lives. A key aspect of this journey was the adoption of Microsoft’s Surface devices which could be used in the field at an event – to both communicate more accurately with control at the depot showing live video, as well as bring up 3D visualisations of the site to help assessment.
