As a Traffic Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for resources for Account and Project Management teams and book all resources against all projects that flow through the agency. The agency works collaboratively to ensure that all work can be produced on time and to the highest possible creative standard and this role is central to ensuring the smooth running of projects through the agency.
You will need to be a super organised person who is on the pulse, with excellent attention to detail/conscientiousness. The Traffic Coordinator will need to be well organised, able to multi-task, a good negotiator, and calm under pressure. This is a brilliant role for someone with 2+ years of experience working in a similar role within an agency and now looking for an opportunity for career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day workflow of the Creative and Production team, ensuring work is delivered on schedule and on budget.

Use your knowledge to place the right people on the right jobs according to their skillset/abilities to ensure consistency of resource. Full understanding creatively of briefs and what resources are required creatively to execute briefings.

Lead daily stand ups/studio meetings - go over bookings, check hours allocated and manage any ad hoc queries or problems flagged

Acting as the conduit between Strategy, Project Management, and Creative on resource allocations

Update and communicate changes in work requested/allocation of briefs to all stakeholders.

Working through and managing all resource requests, as well as working alongside client teams to plan for the lifetime of projects, ensuring adequate forward planning.

Input of all resource bookings Creative, Insights, and Strategy into project management tool.

Facilitate Timesheet compliance and ensure timesheets are completed weekly accurately

Populate resource calendar

Organise the creative team – tools, filing system, team meetings
