Approach: It was important to both see Ricoh’s vision for the workspace of the future and the way in which the technology was used behind it. We used 3 actors to showcase the hybrid nature of the business across a typical “day in the life of the modern workplace”. The result is a video which shows very clearly something which Ricoh were ahead of the game in at the time it was made. It’s still one of our favourites. 


Before the pandemic, Japanese technology company Ricoh were on a path to create hybrid workspaces before they became common place. They had chosen Microsoft as the technology to take them there and the pandemic merely accelerated their workspace of the future programme. They wanted a video to showcase the work they’d been doing in this space.
