Approach

We wanted to recreate the idea of a pupil using the devices both at home and at school – so staged one of the children working at home, arriving at school then going home again. This we combined with actual footage from classes with the devices being used by all. The result is a real, organic looking film showcasing the amazing improvements the school as made in a short period of time!

Brief

Pheasey Park Farm Primary School in Great Barr, Birmingham, seeks to inspire its pupils to “believe and achieve”. The school was recently selected by the UK Department for Education to be an EdTech demonstrator school. Part of the reason for that is their deployment of Microsoft Surface Devices to pupils. We were asked to tell this story.
